Domestic shipments via USPS
Starting October 1, 2021, USPS has increased its delivery time frame for 1st class mail packages. We now expect packages shipped via standard shipping (USPS 1st class mail) to arrive within 5-10 business days. Priority mail delivery times are generally 3-5 business days for domestic packages.
All shipping time frames provided by USPS are estimates, and packages may arrive faster, especially for local orders shipping to California, or be delayed by higher shipping volume over the holidays, COVID-19 closures, or extreme weather events.
We accept returns of most products* for exchange or refund, less original shipping charge (if applicable), within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition**. Original sales receipt must accompany your return. Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method.
*Unless the product’s item description notes that it cannot be returned or stipulates a different return policy time period
**New, Unaltered, and Unused Condition means an item that is returned without showing signs of wear or damage. For returns that show signs of use or are missing accessories, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

Packages that are shipped to countries outside of the United States via USPS Fist Class are usually tracked until they arrive at the local customs.

When a package is delivered to a country outside of the United States by USPS, by treaty, the package is transferred to the local postal services. According to prior arrangements with the USPS there is no extra charge for local delivery.
HOWEVER, not all countries have a reciprocal delivery agreement with the USPS and these local postal services MAY ad an additional charge for local delivery.
Power Support has no way to calculate these local delivery charges.
Packages that are shipped via USPS International will be automatically insured for delivery and damage. This fee as already been added to your shipping costs.

For undelivered orders please note that a delivery may take up to 30 days in some countries. See above. This Replacement Guarantee for screen protectors only applies to the original device on which the film is installed. Screen protectors are designed to be a onetime application product. Upgrading your device to a new model, even if the new device dimensions are the same as the old device, and attempting to move the screen protector to the new device voids this warranty. This warranty does not carry forward to any new device. Installation errors are not covered by this Guarantee. This includes air bubbles caused by dirt or improper cleaning prior to application of the screen protector. This also includes damage caused to film due to improper application, such as misalignment whereby film is applied, removed and reapplied. Please read the Power Support installation instructions carefully, or watch the Power Support installation video prior to attempting to apply the screen protector to your device.
